Estas ejercen efectos positivos tanto en el inicio, mantenimiento, despertar y vigilia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mantener una buena higiene del sue\u00f1o nos permite mantener un ciclo de sue\u00f1o regular, mejorar la calidad de nuestro descanso y, por supuesto, contribuye a nuestro bienestar general. Sabemos lo importante que es el sue\u00f1o para el desarrollo de los peque\u00f1os (o no tan peque\u00f1os) de la casa. \ud83d\udca4 Aqu\u00ed te dejamos algunos consejos sobre la higiene del sue\u00f1o que pueden marcar la diferencia en la vida de tus hijos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\">\n<li><strong>Rutina de sue\u00f1o consistente:<\/strong> establecer una rutina para acostarse y despertarse ayuda a regular el reloj biol\u00f3gico de tus hijos. Esto contribuye a un sue\u00f1o m\u00e1s reparador. \ud83d\udecc\u23f0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ambiente propicio para dormir:<\/strong> mant\u00e9n el dormitorio oscuro, tranquilo y a una temperatura agradable.
