{"id":1197,"date":"2020-03-23T12:12:25","date_gmt":"2020-03-23T12:12:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/anhidacoruna.com\/web\/?p=1197"},"modified":"2020-03-23T12:12:25","modified_gmt":"2020-03-23T12:12:25","slug":"juegos-para-la-cuarentena","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/anhidacoruna.com\/web\/juegos-para-la-cuarentena\/","title":{"rendered":"Juegos para la cuarentena"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Queridas familias, tras estos largos d\u00edas de cuarentena en los que nuestros segundos se vuelven minutos y nuestros minutos se vuelven horas, os proponemos una serie de juegos que pod\u00e9is llevar a cabo en familia haci\u00e9ndolo m\u00e1s ameno <strong>mientras os divert\u00eds trabajando aspectos fundamentales del TDAH<\/strong> y conoc\u00e9is m\u00e1s a vuestros hijos al igual que ellos a vosotros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La propuesta es la siguiente:<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>En la punta de la lengua<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Habilidades:<\/strong> autocontrol y metacognici\u00f3n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Muchas veces, nos topamos con la dificultad de encontrar la palabra exacta para denominar nuestras explicaciones y este juego puede ayudarnos a entrenar esta dificultad.\u00a0Crea una serie de cartas con definiciones, adecuadas a la edad de los participantes, l\u00e9ela en voz alta y pide que los dem\u00e1s jugadores escriban en un papel o pizarra peque\u00f1a que puedan mostrar, la palabra definida. Prop\u00f3n un tiempo corto para la respuesta, corrige y pasa a la siguiente.\u00a0Podemos aprovechar esta actividad para definir aspectos familiares en los que tengamos necesidad de conocernos m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Distraction<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Habilidades:<\/strong> memoria de trabajo, atenci\u00f3n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los jugadores se turnan para sacar cartas de la baraja espa\u00f1ola, recordando la secuencia de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.aulapt.org\/tag\/numeros\/\">n\u00fameros<\/a>\u00a0que han salido y que va aumentando. Si sacas una\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.aulapt.org\/tag\/carta\/\">carta<\/a>\u00a0\u00abDISTRACTION\u00bb que ser\u00e1 nombrada con esa denominaci\u00f3n entre todo el grupo (por ejemplo, sota, caballo o rey), debes responder a una pregunta antes de repetir la secuencia de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.aulapt.org\/tag\/numeros\/\">n\u00fameros<\/a>\u00a0\u00a1en orden! Si otro jugador descubre que has dicho la secuencia incorrecta te llevas todas las cartas. El primer jugador que se quede sin cartas ser\u00e1 el claro vencedor<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Preparados, listos, ya<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Habilidades:<\/strong> gesti\u00f3n del tiempo e inicio de tareas<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">los ni\u00f1os deben nombrar 3 cosas que se ajusten a un tema determinado.\u00a0Para ello pueden sernos muy \u00fatiles tarjetas con im\u00e1genes de categor\u00edas l\u00e9xicas o tarjetas del \u201cmemory\u201d.\u00a0Tienen 10 segundos para nombrar\u00a03\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.aulapt.org\/tag\/palabras\/\">palabras<\/a>\u00a0de la categor\u00eda indicada.
