Pueden aparecer algunas situaciones de tensi\u00f3n o estr\u00e9s que generen un ambiente m\u00e1s negativo y hagan encender la chispa\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>El mecanismo que regula los estados emocionales falla en el TDAH<\/strong> (de nuevo aqu\u00ed se\u00f1alamos como culpables a las famosas <strong>funciones ejecutivas<\/strong>). Es com\u00fan que existan dificultades para manejar de forma efectiva los estados emocionales. En general las personas con TDAH viven con mayor intensidad y durante m\u00e1s tiempo sus emociones. Adem\u00e1s, existe una baja tolerancia a la frustraci\u00f3n que puede fomentar la aparici\u00f3n de estados de enfado o ira.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/anhidacoruna.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/anger-477044_640.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1189\" src=\"http:\/\/anhidacoruna.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/anger-477044_640.png\" alt=\"anger-477044_640\" width=\"640\" height=\"533\" srcset=\"http:\/\/anhidacoruna.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/anger-477044_640.png 640w, http:\/\/anhidacoruna.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/anger-477044_640-300x250.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>La ira es una emoci\u00f3n que aparece cuando nos vemos sometidos a situaciones que nos generan frustraci\u00f3n o que nos resultan aversivas<\/strong>. Las dificultades en la regulaci\u00f3n de las emociones, la impulsividad y la baja tolerancia a la frustraci\u00f3n, comunes en el TDAH, son la combinaci\u00f3n perfecta para que aparezca una explosi\u00f3n de ira, lo que com\u00fanmente llamamos \u201cperder los papeles\u201d (expresar la ira de forma violenta bien sea verbal o f\u00edsicamente contra objetos u otras personas).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Os recordamos a continuaci\u00f3n una serie de <strong>orientaciones<\/strong> (que os pueden resultar \u00fatiles estos d\u00edas) para <strong>gestionar de una manera adecuada una explosi\u00f3n de ira<\/strong> en los chicos y chicas con TDAH:<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">ANTES DE HABLAR, ESPERAR<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Es importante que <strong>mantengas la calma<\/strong>. Ser modelos de calma har\u00e1 que la situaci\u00f3n se vuelva menos aversiva y que la ira baje con m\u00e1s facilidad. Intenta no hacer comentarios o gestos que puedan hacer crecer a su enfado y espera para resolver el conflicto hasta que la otra persona se encuentre preparada (calmada).<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">C\u00c9NTRATE EN LA CONDUCTA, NO EN \u00c9L O ELLA<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si ha perdido los papeles y queremos razonar con \u00e9l sobre lo que ha ocurrido es importante que nos centremos en lo que ha hecho. Para su autoestima y su autoconcepto no es lo mismo que digamos \u201c\u00a1ya est\u00e1s otra vez igual! \u00a1Eres mal\u00edsimo!\u201d que \u201cest\u00e1 mal pegar a las puertas\u201d.<strong> Usemos el verbo estar en vez del verbo ser<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">AVERIGUA LAS CAUSAS DE LA IRA<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Es esencial <strong>empatizar con su situaci\u00f3n y con su estado emocional<\/strong>, ya que eso le ayudar\u00e1 a manejar de forma m\u00e1s efectiva lo que siente en ese momento y a gestionar sus emociones mejor en un futuro. Escuch\u00e9mosle. Es importante hacerle preguntas sobre c\u00f3mo se siente y no solamente sobre la situaci\u00f3n que ha vivido: veo que est\u00e1s molesto\u2026 \u00bfc\u00f3mo te sientes?, \u00bfquieres contarme qu\u00e9 te ha pasado?, \u00bfqu\u00e9 es lo que te ha enfadado? \u00bfc\u00f3mo te has sentido cuando pas\u00f3 eso?.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">NOS ENFOCAMOS EN EL FUTURO<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si reflexionamos sobre lo que ha pasado y lo que ha sentido y buscamos opciones y <strong>diferentes alternativas sobre qu\u00e9 hacer en el futuro si vuelve a pasar<\/strong> es m\u00e1s probable que si esa situaci\u00f3n se repite pueda gestionarla de una forma m\u00e1s efectiva.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esperamos que estas orientaciones os sirvan de utilidad y que estos d\u00edas, aunque existan momentos de tensi\u00f3n y estr\u00e9s, haya muchos m\u00e1s de momentos de calidad en familia llenos de emociones que nos hacen sentir bien.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La situaci\u00f3n actual provocada por el COVID-19 (24 horas del d\u00eda en nuestros hogares) nos est\u00e1 permitiendo disfrutar m\u00e1s de nuestras familias, pero tambi\u00e9n es com\u00fan que haya momentos en que nuestro estado de \u00e1nimo flojee y nos notemos un poco m\u00e1s \u201cbajos\u201d o m\u00e1s \u201ccrispados\u201d.
