En<a href=\"http:\/\/www.instagram.com\/anhidacoruna\" target=\"_blank\"> nuestro Instagram<\/a> os estamos dejando una propuesta cada d\u00eda, corred a visitarlo! De todas formas, os dejamos aqu\u00ed algunas ideas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">ver esa serie que tienes pendiente<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">esa pel\u00edcula que se encuentra en tu top ten<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">cocina ese postre delicioso o ese plato que te proclama como un aut\u00e9ntico m\u00e1ster chef.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">haz una videollamada con alguien de tu entorno al que llevas tiempo sin ver<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">ordena tu armario<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">escucha m\u00fasica<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">dibuja<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">lee un libro<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Saca a relucir esos talentos que llevan tiempo escondidos\u2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Haz DEPORTE diariamente.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00bfPor qu\u00e9? No es que pretendamos que empec\u00e9is la operaci\u00f3n bikini\u2026 sino que mientras practic\u00e1is deporte <strong>liber\u00e1is endorfinas<\/strong>, lo que contribuye a un <strong>mejor estado de \u00e1nimo y a liberar ansiedad<\/strong>. Coge esa lista de ocio que has elaborado y escoge 1 cosa que te gustar\u00eda hacer cada d\u00eda de la semana. Adem\u00e1s, coge tambi\u00e9n tu lista de obligaciones e incluye aquellas que deben cumplirse esta semana. Esto te ayudar\u00e1 a tener una noci\u00f3n m\u00e1s exacta del tiempo, ya que en las personas con TDAH la l\u00ednea temporal est\u00e1 afectada\u2026 (IMAGEN L\u00cdNEA TEMPORAL AYER HOY MA\u00d1ANA).<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">PLANIFICACI\u00d3N DIARIA<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Elabora una <strong>PLANIFICACI\u00d3N DIARIA<\/strong>. El tener un horario semanal va a ayudarte a cumplir con tus tareas y contribuir\u00e1 a disminuir tu pereza.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">OBJETIVO DIARIO<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por \u00faltimo, m\u00e1rcate un <strong>OBJETIVO DIARIO<\/strong>, una peque\u00f1a meta que te gustar\u00eda alcanzar ese d\u00eda (hacer 20 minutos de deporte, conseguir sacar tiempo para una videollamada, empezar un trabajo que se me atraganta\u2026).
